The Columbiettes receive many requests for assistance from community, parish, and Knights' programs. Out of respect for our members and the other activities they are already involved in, we need to set up a system whereby our auxiliary has sufficient time in planning and working with our other community and parish activities.
If you would like to seek the assistance of our Columbiette sisters, here is our required protocol:
1. You need to submit this form in full at least 45 days in advance of your event.
2. Requests will be presented at our next business meeting (the 2nd Wednesday of each month (except for July & December). Our membership will conduct a vote reqarding the request and will respond back to you within 3 business days after our meeting.
3.All requests will be considered once this form is completed and submitted at least 45 days in advance of your event.
4. Be sure to complete the request form with your specific directions. If approved, we will provide the services requested here.
5. If your event is planned at the last minute (within 30 days), we encourage you to seek assistance from other parish members / ministries and community programs. You may also feel free to contact any Columbiette member directly for their assistance.
